The Deluxe King Room with City View offered a comfortable stay with nice cityscape visuals, making it a decent spot to unwind after a busy day. The room was also quite spacious, giving a breath of fresh air amidst the urban hustle.
Noise disturbances were a significant issue. the sounds from a nearby school punctuated the morning hours, making it hard to sleep in. Housekeeping services were inconsistent, with some days leaving the room unmade even after requests. Dining options could use a more varied selection, as breakfast fell short of expectations and lacked flair. the check-in experience was chaotic, adding unnecessary tension to the start of the stay, and there were complaints about delays in housekeeping timing, which felt like existing guests were deprioritized. the facilities left a mixed impression despite the room's comfort.

the westin was fantastic! the staff, especially ugur, doruk, and zafer, made me feel right at home with their warm welcomes. the deluxe king room with city view was spotlessly clean and comfy. also, the hotel’s location is just perfect, close to many shops and restaurants!

impressive service but dining could improve
The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. The luggage wrapping service offered before heading to the airport was a thoughtful touch. I enjoyed the deluxe king room with a city view which provided a refreshing escape after a long day.
The dining options were somewhat limited and did not meet the high standards set by the rest of the hotel.
